Who I Am
With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a Master’s degree in Aviation Safety, and currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Aviation (Av.D) at the Florida Institute of Technology, USA, my expertise lies in aviation professionalism, accident investigation, and safety management systems. My research focuses on analyzing aviation professionalism in a cross national study of aviation professionals in Nigeria and the United States, using frameworks such as Kern’s Model of Aviation Professionalism, Hall’s Professionalism Index (HPI), Hofstede’s Cultural Dimensions, and Kramer’s Index of Professional Activity Involvement (IOP) to understand industry trends and improve professional standards.
As a Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP – Board of Certified Safety Professionals USA) and a student of Lean Six Sigma, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, and Data Science, my interests lie in integrating data-driven insights with industry best practices to develop innovative safety strategies that mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.

✈ Aviation Safety Officer – With over 15 years of experience as an aviation safety officer, I work hands-on to implement and oversee best practices in safety standards. I am also a Qualified Instructor Pilot with vast operational experience.
